Yes. All online donations are processed through Paystack, Ghana's leading and most trusted payment platform. Paystack uses industry-standard SSL encryption. Your card details are never stored on our website. Paystack is PCI DSS compliant — the highest standard for payment security.
Yes. Every online donation via Paystack generates an automatic transaction receipt sent to your email. For Mobile Money and bank transfer donations, email us at info@proaidafrica.org with your name and payment reference — we'll issue a formal receipt within 2 business days.
Yes — use the Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual options in the donation form above. Recurring giving is the most impactful way to support us, as it allows us to plan and sustain programmes throughout the year. You can cancel or adjust at any time by emailing info@proaidafrica.org.
Your donation goes directly to fund our four active programmes — Education & Skills, Healthcare & Wellness, Community Development, and the Volunteer & Internship Programme. You can direct your gift to a specific programme using the dropdown in the donation form, or give to our General Fund where we allocate funds where they're needed most. All fund allocation decisions are overseen by our independent Board of Directors.

We welcome in-kind donations of educational supplies (storybooks, stationery, crayons, school bags, computers), medical items (toothbrushes, hygiene kits, first aid supplies), sports equipment (footballs, volleyballs, pumps), and clothing & footwear for all ages. If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at info@proaidafrica.org with your transaction reference. We review refund requests individually and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly. Paystack refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.
