PROaid Africa Project Ghana LBG is a registered non-profit company dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children, orphans, and underserved communities across Ghana's Central Region through education, healthcare, community development, and volunteer engagement programmes.

2 Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. By using this site, you agree that you will not:

3 Donations

PROaid Africa Project Ghana LBG is grateful for every donation received. By making a donation through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All donations are voluntary — we will never pressure you to give or set a minimum required amount
• Donations are processed by Paystack — a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment provider. PROaid Africa does not store your payment card or mobile money details
• Donations are generally non-refundable — once processed, donations cannot be reversed except in cases of clear error. If you believe a donation was processed in error, contact us immediately at info@proaidafrica.org
• Donations are used for programme delivery — all funds go towards our stated charitable objectives: education, healthcare, community development, and volunteer programmes in Ghana
• Tax deductibility — PROaid Africa is registered in Ghana. We are unable to provide tax receipt documentation for international donors. Please consult a tax adviser in your country regarding deductibility of charitable gifts to Ghanaian organisations

4 Volunteer & Internship Applications

Submitting a volunteer or internship application through our website does not constitute acceptance into any programme. Applications are reviewed by our team and subject to availability, programme fit, and placement capacity.

• We will acknowledge receipt of your application and respond within a reasonable timeframe
• Acceptance is at the sole discretion of PROaid Africa Project Ghana LBG
• International volunteers may be subject to programme fees — these will be communicated clearly before any commitment is made
• Local volunteers participate free of charge
• All volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with our programme guidelines, which will be provided upon acceptance

PROaid Africa reserves the right to withdraw a placement offer or terminate an active placement if a volunteer's conduct is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the communities we serve.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, programme descriptions, and the overall design — is the property of PROaid Africa Project Ghana LBG or is used with permission from the relevant rights holders.
