Patrick brings 14 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Facilities Management and a hands-on approach to leadership that keeps the organisation deeply connected to the communities it serves. David Ohene Nyimfah serves as the Operations Manager of PROaid Africa Projects, where he plays a pivotal role in translating the organization's vision into tangible, on-the-ground results. As the operational backbone of PROaid Africa, David works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that every programme, initiative, and partnership is supported by the systems and processes needed to succeed. With a keen eye for detail and a deep commitment to organizational excellence, David bridges the gap between strategic leadership and daily implementation — managing logistics, overseeing administrative functions, and maintaining the financial processes that keep the organization running effectively. His ability to navigate complex, high-pressure environments with calm and precision has been instrumental in enabling PROaid Africa's programme teams to focus on what they do best: serving communities across Africa. David believes that strong operations are the foundation of strong impact, and he brings that belief to work every single day.

Ms. Irene Doughan is the Administrator of PROaid Africa Projects, serving as the central point of coordination that keeps the organization's daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. With a natural gift for organization and a genuine care for the people around her, Irene ensures that internal stakeholders are aligned, informed, and supported at every step. From managing communications and scheduling to coordinating internal processes and supporting the wider team, Irene's work touches every corner of the organization. Her reliability, attention to detail, and warm approach to problem-solving make her an indispensable part of the PROaid Africa family. Irene is deeply committed to the mission of PROaid Africa Projects and understands that behind every successful community programme is a team that is well-supported, well-organized, and ready to serve.

Ms. Wenderly Kyirwa Yeboah is a dedicated volunteer with PROaid Africa Projects, contributing her time, energy, and expertise to advancing the organization's mission across Ghana and beyond. As Project Lead, Wenderly takes ownership of coordinating the external activities that give PROaid Africa its reach and influence — from forging new partnerships and representing the organization in negotiations, to supporting the implementation of programmes that directly impact communities. What sets Wenderly apart is her genuine passion for community development and her ability to build meaningful relationships with institutions, partners, and stakeholders at every level. She gives generously of herself not for a salary, but because she believes deeply in the work PROaid Africa does and the lives it changes. Wenderly is a proud Ghanaian whose commitment to her continent's future is reflected in everything she brings to the team.
