PROaid Africa Projects (Ghana) is a non-profit organisation duly registered with the Registrar General Office on the 16th of June 2011 at Accra, Ghana with the intention to reach out to the continent of Africa as a real beacon of hope to the hundreds of millions of people suffering from the devastating impact of poverty.
We cater for orphans, street children, trafficked children, people living with disabilities, and poor communities at large working closely with the Department of Social Welfare, fostering collaborations with local communities, government bodies, and other stakeholders. We also recruit volunteers virtually across the globe and allow students to pursue internships.

PROaid Africa is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) of Ghana as a Company Limited by Guarantee the legal structure for non-profit organisations in Ghana. Our five-member board of directors provides independent oversight of all financial and programmatic decisions.
