Our process is: Apply → Interview → Confirmation → Get Prepared. Programmes run for 2–12 weeks across 9 fields.
There are no fees for local Ghanaian volunteers and interns — our programme is completely free. International volunteers are required to contribute toward their housing and administrative costs. Please contact us for current rates.
We welcome partnerships with schools, hospitals, businesses, NGOs, and government bodies. Email us at info@proaidafrica.org with a brief description of your organisation and the type of partnership you have in mind. We'll arrange a conversation to explore the right model.
You can donate online via our Donate page using Paystack (Ghana Cedis accepted). We also accept in-kind donations of educational supplies, clothing, sports equipment, and medical materials. Contact us to arrange an in-kind donation.
Our main office is located in Pedu, Cape Coast, Central Region, Ghana. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. Please WhatsApp us before visiting to ensure someone is available to meet you.
We aim to respond to all email and form enquiries within 2 business days. WhatsApp messages are typically answered faster — often the same day. If your enquiry is urgent, WhatsApp is the best channel to reach us.
